Gen3 are delighted to launch our new range of Heeldrive plates for the MyoTruk. Developed in conjunction with GB Rowing to aid the posterior chain in the body, the Heeldrive plates have already been a huge hit for current users of the MyoTruk. We are delighted to launch the Heeldrive plates. Having developed them alongside GB Rowing, we have carefully analysed the positioning of the feet on the footplates to enhance the benefits that can be received through use of the MyoTruk. The movement provides more activation through the hamstrings and glutes, enhancing the development in the posterior chain.
